Researcher and consultant in infrastructure project management, based in Trondheim.
I recently completed my PhD at NTNU in Trondheim, where I researched early contractor involvement in road infrastructure projects. Originally from Dhaka, Bangladesh, I moved to Norway in 2019 to pursue my Master's in Project Management at NTNU and have called Trondheim home ever since.
My work sits at the intersection of civil engineering, project governance, and data-driven decision-making. During my PhD, I worked closely with the Norwegian Public Roads Administration and Nye Veier, applying quantitative methods to large-scale infrastructure datasets. I currently work as a research consultant at the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at NTNU, contributing to the evaluation of public investment projects.
I hold PRINCE2 and CAPM certifications and have experience in contract management, statistical analysis, and project planning. Earlier in my career, I worked in procurement and international development at BRAC in Bangladesh.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and experiencing different cultures. When I'm not working, you'll likely find me fishing somewhere in Trøndelag.
I offer consulting services in project evaluation, early contractor involvement, procurement, and data analysis. Feel free to get in touch if you think I can be of help.
